Shafaq News reports that Duhok's 19th annual grape and honey festival opened on October 3 with 80 farmers and beekeepers, twice the reported participation last year. An agriculture official said the displays also included other local produce and preserves. Producers called for processing capacity and year-round marketing links; these are requests, not completed investments or independently measured sales results.
