Deputy higher-education minister Abdul Hamid al-Khalid told SANA that committees would be formed after a forthcoming Higher Education Council decision to review curricula, student records and transitional arrangements for northern university branches. He also described graduate-certificate verification. This does not establish completed transfers, committee appointments or recognition of every qualification.
