Dhofar governorate and the Salalah resilience centre are the organisers identified by ONA. Its complete Arabic account dates the event to October 13 and describes interactive education and a publication launch. The aims are attributed to the organisers; participation totals and changes in knowledge or preparedness were not independently measured. This is a single agency report, with no independent corroboration or material disagreement located. It is a concrete outreach event, not an inference that a disaster is occurring.
