Shafaq quotes Iraqi revenue official reporting 53% fall in January–July oil receipts

Susan Abdullah Mohammed, head of Iraq's federal revenue-allocation monitoring authority, told Shafaq News that oil receipts fell to 30.4 trillion dinars in January–July 2026 from 65 trillion in the same period of 2025. She cited Finance Ministry accounts and said rising non-oil receipts had not offset the decline. These are attributed historical fiscal figures, not an independently audited result or a measure of current oil movements.

Mohammed is the claimant for the fiscal totals. The rounded oil-receipt figures imply about a 53% fall, but the underlying ministry table, accounting definitions and an independent audit were not retrieved. No material contrary account for these specific oil-receipt figures was found. Broader deficit estimates and exchange-rate conversions are not adopted. This is distinct from September customs receipts and the 2027 budget proposals. Time is publication, not when receipts accrued. The country centroid is representative; no facilities, current production or shipping details are mapped.
