Cyprus technical chamber calls for faster action on unsafe buildings, newspaper reports

Theodotou is the claimant for the reform timetable and requested powers. Cyprus Mail also quotes Limassol's district authority on existing enforcement difficulties; those comments do not independently establish passage of legislation. No enacted text or independent timetable confirmation was inspected. Event time is the article's UTC publication metadata, not the previous day's collapse time.
