SANA reports heritage-object handover in Raqqa

SANA reports that a private custodian handed heritage objects to Raqqa's antiquities department after keeping them since 2014. Department head Jabbar Abdullah describes eight objects and two limestone architectural capitals, noting that one capital may be modern and still requires examination. The account describes a handover for future museum display, not completed authentication, a public reopening or an independently documented chain of custody.

SANA's correspondent quotes the private custodian about preservation since 2014 and antiquities-department head Jabbar Abdullah about receipt and possible modern manufacture of one capital. The full Arabic report and timestamp metadata were inspected. These are two participants' accounts carried by one agency, not independent corroboration; no inventory, provenance assessment, authentication report or independent handover observation was retrieved. One object's age remains expressly unresolved, and future exhibition does not establish a museum reopening. October 15 is the reporting/interview date; midnight is a date-only placeholder, not a known handover time. The private person's name, possession history beyond the public general period and current collection-location details are omitted.
