Iraqi prime minister sets out state-authority and economic priorities at UN, Shafaq reports

Shafaq reports that Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi told the UN General Assembly that decisions on war and peace and control of weapons should rest with Iraq's constitutional institutions. He also outlined economic diversification, investment and water-cooperation priorities. The speech states government aims; it does not establish completed disarmament, investment delivery or a new regional agreement.
