Claimant: Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi, via Shafaq, for investment invitations. No selected firm, signed contract or implementation evidence was inspected. Earlier Shafaq accounts quote councillor Ahmed Al-Abd Rabbo alleging outside pressure and the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority citing operating requirements; neither explanation is independently resolved. Separate accounts from one newsroom are not independent corroboration. The original September 21 publication timestamp remains, not a current flight or opening time. The rounded Mosul city marker is not an airport or proposed-site coordinate. Technical vulnerabilities, movements and official whereabouts are omitted.
