SANA reports Syrian ministries signed Eagle Hills urban and tourism framework

SANA says Syria's housing and tourism ministries signed a framework agreement with UAE-based Eagle Hills on October 5 for proposed urban and tourism developments in Damascus and Latakia. The report names “Damascus Hills” and “Latakia Tourism.” A framework signing does not establish committed financing, construction progress, completion dates or delivered housing.

SANA attributes the agreement to the ministries of Public Works and Housing and Tourism and Eagle Hills. This official account supports the reported signing, not independent verification of investment delivery. The signed framework text and a separate company announcement were not inspected; funding, binding obligations, land terms and implementation remain unresolved. No material counter-report was located. Time is the page's publication minute, converted from UTC+3, not the signing time.
