A UN Human Rights Council-commissioned fact-finding mission said it found reasonable grounds to believe two US strikes in Iran on 28 February were indiscriminate attacks amounting to war crimes. The mission’s findings are not a court judgment. AP reports US Central Command denied responsibility for the Lamerd strike and the US administration had not responded to its request for comment on the report.
