Israel’s Central Elections Committee (CEC) is the source of the official count. The Associated Press and The Guardian report that the CEC released an initial batch and that 2,670 ballots had been tallied. The AP live report also says close to 10% of more than 7.3 million ballots had been counted; that statement is inconsistent with a tally of 2,670, and the discrepancy is unresolved.
