Eight foreign ministers reject Gaza displacement proposals after Israeli ministers' remarks

Qatar's official news agency published a joint statement by the foreign ministers of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the UAE, Indonesia, Pakistan, Egypt and Türkiye rejecting Palestinian displacement and condemning remarks by Israeli ministers Itamar Ben-Gvir and Israel Katz. This follows Ben-Gvir's campaign proposal and US Ambassador Mike Huckabee's denial of a forced-displacement plan. Neither the proposal nor the diplomatic responses establish adoption or implementation of such a policy.

ما تثبته المصادر

EFE, AP and The Guardian independently establish Ben-Gvir's campaign announcement. AFP directly quotes Huckabee's September 5 denial, which remains a political assurance rather than proof of policy or implementation. QNA now publishes the eight foreign ministers' joint statement, primary evidence of their position, not independent verification of every allegation or a judicial finding. No separate direct Katz announcement was inspected. The record remains attributed and preserves both the original proposal and the competing diplomatic statements. QNA gives a September 6 date without a reliable clock time; the stable ID and original representative September 3 event date are retained for this continuing story. The rounded Gaza Strip marker represents the affected territory, not a meeting or any person's location. Palestinian identity is explicit and material; homes and routes are excluded.

التصحيحات والتحديثات

Added the September 6 joint rejection of displacement by eight foreign ministers. Their statement and Huckabee's earlier denial remain attributed positions, not evidence that a displacement policy has been adopted or implemented; the original proposal remains documented.

٥ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٦ ١١:١٦ UTC — Added AFP reporting of Huckabee's denial and voluntary-departure position; changed verification to attributed to separate the established proposal announcement from the unverified policy assurance.

٦ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٦ ١٠:١٧ UTC — Added QNA's primary publication of the eight foreign ministers' joint rejection of displacement, updated the headline and primary link, and preserved prior positions, attributed status, stable ID and regional marker.
