ما تثبته المصادر

ONA reports the formal opening and quotes Governor Hilal bin Said Al Hajri on the public-space project's aims. The same report explicitly places trial operations in April; the October ceremony is not represented as the first day the park ever operated. Reported construction cost is attributed, not independently audited. Visitor totals, job claims and claims of improved quality of life are not adopted as measured results; no material disagreement was located. Only an October 19 date is supplied, represented by midnight UTC rather than a known ceremony hour. The inspected page's canonical OG URL omits the /ona suffix.
