Petra reports research-cooperation renewal and science-diplomacy diploma proposal

Petra reports a renewed cooperation memorandum among the Royal Scientific Society, SESAME and ICTP. Its October 31 report also describes a proposed nine-month science-diplomacy diploma at Princess Sumaya University for Technology. The institutional plans do not establish completed teaching, new grant awards or measured research outcomes.

ما تثبته المصادر

The participating institutions supply the renewal and curriculum claims in two Petra reports. Neither a memorandum text nor a curriculum/accreditation decision was separately inspected. These related science-diplomacy developments are retained within the existing partnership signal; they are not independent confirmations of one another. The diploma’s nine-month, roughly 300-hour format is proposed, not delivered training. The original October 30 publication-date marker is retained; the new report’s visible October 31 13:07:35 clock has no inspected UTC offset. The Jordan marker is representative and omits research facilities, event venues and individuals.
