The reopening claim is attributed by AP to the Iraqi Security Media Cell. Mideast Signal did not inspect the underlying statement or independently verify conditions at individual crossings. September 13 is the AP-reported resumption date. This country-level record intentionally omits crossing names, routes, queues and operational detail.
