The Industry, Trade and Supply Ministry is the claimant. Petra is the sole inspected report; the original tender documents and any subsequent award have not been independently checked. The reported volumes are alternatives, not additive quantities. The next-Tuesday deadline is October 13 relative to the October 7 publication. No material disagreement was found; final volume, price, award and delivery remain unresolved. Time converts Petra's 13:20 Jordan publication minute to UTC, not an exact tender-issuance time.
