Shafaq reports September marriage and divorce figures from Iraqi courts outside Kurdistan Region

Shafaq News attributes September totals of 35,440 marriage contracts and 6,741 divorce cases to Iraq's Supreme Judicial Council. The figures cover provinces outside the Kurdistan Region. They are counts of court records, not a divorce rate or evidence about the fate of the same couples.
