Shafaq and SANA report Hasakah rally calling for stronger state institutions

Shafaq News and Syrian state news agency SANA report a public demonstration in Hasakah on Friday seeking stronger Syrian state institutions and improved security. Shafaq also reports demands to restore public services and include the province's communities in local decision-making. These accounts do not establish that the demands represent the wider population or that administrative integration has been completed.
