Iran coverage spanning public decisions, the economy, society and regional relations, with claims attributed to their actual sources.
The Iran hub brings together published stories explicitly assigned to the country. Its purpose is to help readers follow developments across government, the economy, public services, rights, science, culture and regional relations without reducing the country to a single confrontation. A useful report explains what changed, who is affected and what evidence supports that conclusion. Routine announcements belong in the feed only when they establish a material development; the availability of a fluent official press release is not itself a reason to give an event greater prominence.
Read economic figures with their units, period and source in view. A change in an official rate is not automatically the same as a change in the price paid by households or businesses. Announced investment, a signed contract and completed infrastructure describe different stages. Reports about sanctions or diplomatic agreements should distinguish the text of a measure from predictions about its effects. Where a claim depends on an institution's own figures, the source note should identify that dependence rather than imply that another article repeating the figure independently verifies it.
Claims about security incidents, detention or responsibility require particular care. Official statements, opposition accounts and public social posts can supply leads or establish positions, but their institutional identity does not settle the underlying facts. Significant disagreement and access limitations belong near the claim they qualify. This hub does not aggregate current force movements, sensitive infrastructure locations or identifying details about vulnerable people. A country or regional centroid is a reading aid, not a claim to know the exact location of an event.
Iran is not a single community label. Ethnic, religious, linguistic and migration identities are added to stories only when reliable reporting makes them explicit and they materially explain the development. Readers can use the Peoples and Regions views to follow such reporting across borders without assuming a shared political allegiance. Each story retains its source links, evidence assessment and dated changes. Compare those notes when following a developing event: urgency and confidence answer different questions, and a later correction should improve the same stable report rather than disappear behind a new URL.

Associated Press reports that US officials identified President Masoud Pezeshkian and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi as members of that delegation.
