What the sources establish

Petra reports the opening in Zarqa and quotes governor Ahmad al-Zuhair and culture director Mohammad al-Zoubi. Al-Zoubi is the claimant for the JD0.35 adult-book and JD0.25 children-and-adolescent-book prices. The agency also relays unnamed visitors' favourable comments; these do not independently verify sales totals or educational effects. No independent price survey, sales records or participation count was inspected, and no material disagreement was established. The article explicitly dates the opening to Sunday 1 November; its displayed publication clock is 11:40:37 without an inspected UTC offset. event_time is midnight UTC solely as a representative publication-date value, not the opening hour. Current venues, sales locations, schedules and private visitors' identities are omitted.
