SANA reports Syria rain forecast and early-week cold warning

SANA forecasts Saturday rain, heavy thunderstorms in coastal and northwestern areas and Jazira, inland fog overnight, and gusts occasionally above 55 kilometres per hour in several regions. It also relays the Emergency and Disaster Management Ministry's Friday warning of colder nights on Monday and Tuesday, November 9–10, with temperatures of 1–4 degrees Celsius and temperatures at or below zero in high mountains. These are forecasts, not observed damage or casualties. Earlier crop-impact claims and the current status of an old transport suspension remain independently unverified.

What the sources establish

SANA's latest report supplies the Saturday forecast and attributes the early-week cold warning to the Emergency and Disaster Management Ministry. The complete report and explicit timestamp were inspected; no independent meteorological check or new impact assessment was obtained. Monday and Tuesday correspond to November 9–10. The earlier National Meteorological Center forecast and historical crop-impact and transport statements remain in the source history; final losses, compensation and current service status remain unresolved. The old suspension is not asserted to remain in force. The latest report was published at 08:14:27Z, converted from 11:14:27+03:00. The original October 30 publication-based event time and country marker are retained. No roads, precise sites, transport movements or vulnerable-person locations are included.
